Love What You Have Done With The Place! Didn’t think that the Boatshed at Woronora could get any better, boy was I wrong! The renovation keeps the charm, character and feel of the iconic Boatshed but makes it more user friendly and spacious. Shared the nachos with my husband which were gorgeous accompanied with tea and coffee. While browsing the menu we saw many delicious items ensuring that we will be back soon. Service was very friendly and accommodating. Loved the cold filtered water on tap. Only one slight issue: as a tea nuffy I would have liked the tea to be loose leaf, but I admit I am picky about this. Overall EXCELLENT! We will be back soon and often.
Booked lunch for a walking group of six, plus one walk in. Staff were really friendly, organised and happy with our early arrival. Food, drinks and coffees flowed through promptly and the food was tasty and reasonably priced. A great spot to sit in the sun out on the deck overlooking the water....will be back again.
I will not be going back to The Boatshed Woronora! Despite the coffee being really nice the food most definitely was not. We decided to order take away since we could not get a table to sit at. *Our service was very bad. It took almost an hour just to be served our take away meals (4 burgers with drinks). Two other families including my own complained about the service and were questioning where their meals were. I am not sure if any other families there felt the same way but the two that I know of did. *The prices did not reflect the tastiness of the food. *The food was very oily and we could not eat it all. The box that it was served in does not look like the photos that people have posted in the reviews. My hands were really oily and so was the box that it came in. It also smelled oily and gave you a greasy aftertaste. I felt nauseated after eating what I did. The people that served us were however nice. Though I wonder if they truly are if they write negative comments back to the negative reviews that people have made. I will not be going back for a meal here! I thought that the food would have been a lot better.
It's beautiful. The newish owners have achieved an ambiance making it look more like an old boatshed than it did in the past. Cafe food menu excellent choices. Friendly service. Indoor or outdoor dining. We had a lovely big table for 8. Lots of chat and catching up with friends for about 2.5 hrs! Coffee was excellent too.
Lovely brunch spot! Had the pleasure of dining here the first time, got lucky with walk in. We got seated at a table with an hour to spare before the booking arrived. The place is busy and would highly recommend a booking, however, you can chance the walk in like we did. We ordered the breakfast platter which was a lot of food but well worth it. Definitely recommend to try out. We ended up taking the sweet stuff like blueberry pancake and waffles to take home. I'd recommend for the chef to add/serve the sweet with fresh cream tho or ricotta! The coffee was nice too. The staff were welcoming, super accommodating and friendly. I would come back here. We go kayaking and this will be the Sunday treat before or after kayaking. They also rent out kayaks so it's a great family day out. They do have parking but it can get full. There's more parking across the bridge at the park or at the front of RSL.
