Got repaired my Samsung S10 at Mobile Campus. I’m fully impressed with the service and would visit them again without any confusion. Highly appreciated!
STAY AWAY - I reported them to the Police. Had them fix my phone, when I came back to pick it up I had seen my photos app had been closed. When confronted he denied it but after explaining a few times that I know I had the photos app open he admitted it saying he needed to check the buttons down the bottom. When asked why he had he closed the app he said he didn’t want to upset me (too late). He truly had no reason to go through my photo app, he could have calibrated my phone with any other app. Please be cautious if you go to any repairer. Do not give them your code, be there when they need access. Anyone that has gone to this shop that may have concerns go to the police. These guys deserve to be shut down.

Service used: A screen replacement for Pixel 5 for $420 Reason for 1 star: They made a mistake (not a big deal they can just fix it) so I contact them, and they've had no-response after I called and texted. I'm leaving this review because I'm going have to pay even more $100s to get another shop to fix it and want to warn you. There's so many 5 stars I wanted to share my experience especially since I don't think I'm going to get a refund or repair. Timeline of events: Thursday 15/07: I approach them to replace me screen. They said they needed to order the part time and that I can drop it off Friday at 5:30 then pick it up Saturday at 10-11am. Friday 16/07: I have to wait until 1pm as the repair person is in Cronulla, doing the repairs the morning of instead of overnight, and is taking the train? to get here. Fine. Whatever. A hassle but I am not an unreasonable person. BUT then when I make a phone call for work on Tuesday for the first time after getting my phone back - I can't hear anyone through the phone's earpiece and can only hear people if I use the speakerphone. I googled the problem, and it seems like its a very common accident/mistake to make when replacing any screen on any phone. This is a hassle but it's fine because everyone makes mistakes. It seems like it's a fixable problem and any reasonable shop would offer to fix their mistake for free. So I call them and it redirects me to a voicemail, I leave a message. No response. I text them, no response. I don't think I'm going to get any refund or repair so this is a cautionary tale that I unfortunately am the victim to. Edit 22/07: I opened to play a game and realised the long sides/edges of the phone don't pick up sensitivity/touch too.
