What an amazing Store! Cannot recommend enough! Great equipment (range of quality brands), value for money, one-stop shop and excellent customer service. The team at Musclemania are serious about their work and customer service, I have been to other fitness retailers and Musclemania by far, is the best of the best, their range is just extraordinary and team there have been amazing to do business with. - stated online that they were happy for customers to come in and try equipment but were very unhelpful at first. The woman (presumably the owner) i first spoke to, was incredibly unhelpful and had an expression like she just didn't want or care for my business. She decide to go sit back in her office and got a younger guy to see me which was good in the end because he seemed to actually care. -price on the sign was less than what was on the website, but they would not sell it for what it was signposted at. I didn't really argue this point because I felt it was still pretty reasonably priced but it was a little rude to have a sign saying one price, then told it's more when you get to the counter. -looks like they have good quality gym equipment there, i got to try the item i was buying in the end.
Can't recommend Musclemania enough. I contacted 13 different companies with a list of equipment I wanted for a home gym seeing who could give me the best deal. As an exercise scientist and competitive obstacle course racer I was very specific about what I wanted. Musclemania provided great customer service from the beginning and gave the best price by far. The shipping quote alone was $500 less than most other companies! I was actually a bit nervous at first how much cheaper it was compared to big known brands but now after having my gym for a month the equipment quality is perfect and you can see how much known brands increase prices just for a logo. Christina was very helpful allowing me to layby so I could have the stock ready for as soon as we moved into our new house. Other companies were giving ETAs of Jan-Feb 2021 (when asked early September). Within a week of my final payment Rodd delivered over 50 boxes straight into my garage with every item accounted for. Very impressed.

Ordered bands online and I went to pick it up. Ended up buying a tire grip slam ball as well. Great store. Will definitely come back for more :D
