Walk in order accepted but the products ordered not provided. I questioned the 15% surcharge for the public holiday and mysteriously my order was not processed. Maybe I'm a confused customer and reading into it to far, but after 30 minutes no pizza provided so I asked for my order and they couldn't find the docket. The manager was good about it and offered me a 50% discount, but I'd waited long enough and got my money back. 1st time last time.
Pizza is great, nice and tasty with great ingredients. The sides are a different story, wouldn’t recommend the chips 🤭😏🙌
Crust Pizza got 2 Stars for delivery on time from me. I ordered a garlic prawn pizza . The worst pizza that I have ever shared with my friend who was visiting. I made a pumpkin soup and a strawberry dessert which were excellent at least. I did not expect to have one prawn on each slice of pizza, minus the cheese but with mint leaves (burnt) and sliced gerkins. The prawns should have been garlic prawns and sliced as well. What a rubbish!
Service was horrible, we ordered by the phone and they had know idea what they where doing and even got the manager on the phone and she didn’t seem to know what to do. Never ordering from then again
